COVID-19 round-up for Wednesday, June 10 – four new cases in Zone 5

New Brunswick – There are four new cases in the province today, all linked to the Manoir de la Valle in Atholville in Zone 5, the Campbellton region.

The new cases are:

  • two individuals between 50 and 59; and
  • two individuals between 80 and 89.

There have been 151 confirmed cases, and 121 have recovered, leaving 30 active cases.

The case announced yesterday in Zone 1, the Moncton area, has been identified as a temporary foreign worker.

Dr. Jennifer Russell, chief medical officer of health for the province, said the individual had been self-isolating properly, and protocols are being correctly followed.
